WB Lets is an independent letting agency specialising in quality accommodation across Nottingham and the surrounding areas.

Whether you are a student, professional, couple or family, our experienced team is here to help you find your next home.

We offer a wide range of properties, from student houses and apartments to family homes and professional lets, together with a friendly and straightforward service designed to make renting as simple as possible.

Arranging a Viewing

Viewings are available by appointment during normal office hours.
Where possible, we will endeavour to accommodate requests for evening and weekend viewings. However, these appointments are subject to staff availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Applying for a Property

Once you have found a property you wish to rent, our team will guide you through the application process.

Applicants may be required to provide proof of identity, proof of income, previous landlord references and other supporting documentation as part of the application process.

Deposits & Guarantors

Deposit requirements vary between properties and landlords.
Many of our student properties are available with no tenancy deposit required, subject to landlord approval and satisfactory referencing.
A suitable UK-based guarantor may be required depending on the property, applicant circumstances and landlord requirements. Where a UK-based guarantor is not available, an approved guarantor company may be accepted, subject to approval and referencing.

Rent Payments

Rent is payable in accordance with the tenancy agreement. Payment arrangements will be confirmed prior to the commencement of the tenancy.

During Your Tenancy

At the start of your tenancy, you will be provided with the appropriate contact details for reporting maintenance issues. Repairs and maintenance should be reported directly to the landlord’s maintenance team or appointed contractor.
Our team will remain available to assist with general tenancy enquiries throughout your tenancy.
